All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not offer free shipping (unless you live in Sweden) at this time.

Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 25 calendar days (If you live in Sweden 1-3 shipping days) from the shipping date.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or courier delays.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to Sweden and selected EU countries.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) so you can follow your delivery.
5. Delays or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen issues. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact the courier using your tracking number. You’re also welcome to reach out to us for help.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
