We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Goated. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can find our return policy here.

 

Return or Exchange Requirements:

You have a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new and unused condition

  • All original tags and labels are still attached

  • The item has not been washed, worn, or damaged

  • The item is returned in the proper packaging

If you choose to return the product despite not meeting the conditions above, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost should the item need to be sent back to you again.


Return – You are responsible for the return shipping cost yourself.

If you want to return an item for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7–14 business days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.


How to return

  1. You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and for arranging delivery to our return address.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop.
  5. Create your declaration via our email: goatedofficial.solutions@gmail.com and send your order number.

Remember to include your order number in your return request so that we can process it as quickly as possible!

 

Size Issues:

If you want to exchange your product for a different size, you are responsible for the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping when we send the product back to you.

 

Exchange – wrong size:

Got the wrong size? For a size exchange, you only pay for the return shipping – we cover the shipping back to you. Once we have received your return, we will send the desired size as soon as possible.

 

In the return email, please include the new size you want to make the process as easy as possible.
